Overview

ESB 2008 has a staged fee structure with registration fees depending on the person registering as well as the time of registration. Please consult the following table carefully to determine the applicable registration fee. A fee reduction will be offered for early registration (deadline 31 March 2008).

* Registration fees for non-members include a 2 year ESB membership, subject to application and approval

Presenting Authors

One author of each accepted abstract must register for participation. Abstracts will be removed from the final program of the meeting if none of their authors will have registered by that date.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel a previously completed registration, the following fees will apply:

	Cancellation Fee (per person)
Before 15/4/2008	100 Euro
16/4/2007 - 15/5/2008	50% of paid registration fee
After 16/5/2008	100% of paid registration fee

Transfer of Registration

Transferring a previously completed registration to another person is free of charge. However, if the two individuals are not in the same registration category (this applies to the above participant categories as well as to Member/Non-Member status and the time of registration) the difference will be charged. Please note, there will be no refund if a lower registration fee would apply to the substitute!
